How to Run a Sustainable European Business
Dear Passengers,
This is the title of the Erasmus+ project that our school is leading. Since I last wrote about it, a lot new things have happened.
After the two-day training in Madrid, teachers and coordinators have been working on the activities as established in the project.
September has been the month to initiate contacts between teachers from the two participating schools. September 26th at 16:00 o´clock all teachers at our school had the chnace to meet two of the Danish teachers. We used skype and, though the Internet connection was not very good, at least each of us could introduce themselves. We met Per, the maths teacher, and Dorte, the English teacher. For our part, all the teachers involved were able to talk about their participation in the project and the activities they would be in charge of carrying out with students. All in all, the video conference was an exicing experience that we were all looking forward to.
Students are already working in teams. The objective for the month of October is introducing themselves to their Danish partners. They will be working on an org chart which will be uploaded on our TwinSpace.
Our parents have already been informed about both the project and the mobilities that will follow in November, January and May. I was so happy to see how enthusiastic they were about their children having the chance to live this experience.
Finally, October 3rd the Danish Coordinator and I had an hour meeting on skype again in order to talk about the chronogram, mobility dates and how to organise the TwinSpace. All students have been registered and in a few day we will be able to see their progress in the project.
